At Jumelle Health, we understand the importance of personalized care when it comes to mental health. Our talk therapy services are designed to empower individuals, families, and couples by providing a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Our goal is to help you develop practical strategies for achieving emotional well-being and resilience.

Types of Therapy We Offer

We tailor our therapeutic approach to your unique needs, offering a variety of evidence-based modalities:

Supportive Therapy
Supportive therapy focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance to provide emotional support, improve self-esteem, and enhance coping mechanisms. This approach is particularly helpful during life transitions, stress, or crises.

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
This goal-oriented therapy emphasizes finding practical solutions to current challenges. Together, we identify your strengths and resources to create actionable steps that lead to positive changes in your life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you recognize and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to mental health challenges. It’s a highly effective approach for managing anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT is ideal for couples or individuals who want to deepen their emotional connections or repair relationships. This therapy focuses on understanding and transforming emotional patterns that impact interactions with loved ones.

Grief Counseling
Grief counseling provides a compassionate space to process the complex emotions that come with loss. Whether you’ve experienced the loss of a loved one, relationship, or life transition, we support you in navigating your journey toward healing.
