    Preparing for Your Appointment

    What to Bring

Bring any relevant medical history, school records (if applicable), and a list of current medications. These details help us form a complete picture and create recommendations to your needs.
    * If you already have a diagnosis, we require the original diagnosis paperwork from your previous healthcare provider documenting the necessity of medications.

    Diagnostic Appointment

    What to Expect

During your ADHD diagnostic appointment, we take a comprehensive approach to understanding your symptoms. This includes:● Clinical Interview: A detailed discussion about your history, symptoms, and how they impact your daily life.● Behavioral Assessments: Completion of standardized questionnaires to assess ADHD symptoms.● Creyos ADHD Testing: FDA-cleared digital assessment tool designed to provide objective insights into ADHD symptoms. Utilizing advanced technology, it measures cognitive functions such as attention, focus, and impulse control through interactive tasks. The assessment is quick, non-invasive, and delivers accurate results that aid in diagnosing and managing ADHD in both children and adults.

    ADHD Testing with Creyos

    What to Expect

Creyos is an FDA-approved assessment tool that objectively evaluates core ADHD symptoms.● How It Works: During the test, you complete a series of tasks while the system measures your performance against age- and gender-matched norms.● Benefits: Provides clear, data-driven results that complement clinical observations and improve diagnostic accuracy.● Access to a laptop or Mac equipped with a built-in webcam and an Intel i3 processor or higher, along with a reliable internet connection (either Wi-Fi or cable). An installed Firefox or Google Chrome web browser is also necessary. Please note that Chromebooks, tablets, and cell phones are not suitable for this evaluation.
After the test, we’ll review the results with you and integrate them into your personalized treatment plan.
*This test is required for all patients without a diagnosis. If you have a diagnosis of ADHD and can provide medical records of testing superior or equivalent, this requirement will be waived.
