At Jumelle Health, we are dedicated to helping children and adults overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. We provide in-person and telehealth services to children and adults in North Carolina, New Mexico, Iowa, Idaho, Florida, and Virginia.

Jumelle Health offers comprehensive services to support children and adults' journey towards optimal health and well-being. Our highly qualified team is dedicated to providing personalized care and evidence-based treatments. 
We specialize in ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, depression, sleep disorders (insomnia), weight management, and talk therapy.
Our goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative experience. This will allow us to achieve your goals toward healing and change. Together, we will work on reducing the symptoms you may be experiencing, implementing positive skills, and building upon your preexisting strengths to allow for personal growth and development.

Before Appointment

To ensure that we can immediately identify the problem and prescribe treatment, follow these recommendations:

    Complete all documents in the patient portal 24 hours before appointment;
    If you are taking medications, write out their names in advance;
    Arrive in the virtual waiting room 5 minutes before appointment.

* To book an appointment, click the "Appointment" button. After this, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions and recommendations to follow.

After Appointment

An appointment takes 15 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the services. After that, you will need:

    Complete lab work if needed as soon as possible;
    Buy all the prescribed medications;
    Follow the provider's instructions;
    Schedule your follow-up appointment.

* Follow-up appointments are typically monthly or quarterly depending on the treatment plan.
