Before Appointment

To ensure that we can immediately identify the problem and prescribe treatment, follow these recommendations:

    Complete all documents in the patient portal 24 hours before appointment;
    If you are taking medications, write out their names in advance;
    Arrive in the virtual waiting room 5 minutes before appointment.

* To book an appointment, click the "Appointment" button. After this, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions and recommendations to follow.

After Appointment

An appointment takes 10 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the services. After that, you will need:

    Complete lab work if needed as soon as possible;
    Buy all the prescribed medications;
    Follow the provider's instructions;
    Schedule your follow-up appointment.

* Follow-up appointments are typically monthly or quarterly depending on the treatment plan.

    The initial appointment is 45 minutes.

  • How long are the follow-up behavioral health appointments?

    Follow-up appointments are 15 minutes.

  • Is there a wait list for behavioral health appointments?

    No

  • Do you offer same day appointments?

    Yes

  • How do I pay my bill?

    You can pay with your Visa or MasterCard credit card.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    No. We offer a variety of payment methods. We accept cash, and the majority of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are in the process of accepting insurance.

  • Will you accept insurance in the future?

    Yes. We are in the process of enrolling with Medicare, Medicaid, and major insurance companies such as BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and Humana.

  • What if I need your services urgently?

    In case of urgent necessity, we recommend you call us by phone and book the nearest time slot, without filling out the contact form on the website.

  • What is psychotropic testing?

    Testing that analyzes how a patient's genetic makeup affects their response to certain psychiatric medications. 

  • What is metabolic testing?

    Metabolic testing is the best and most accurate way to measure the amount of calories your body burns throughout the day. Knowing exactly what your body needs is key to weight loss and leading a healthier lifestyle.
